Practical Study on Effect of Vocational Rehabilitation Consultation Support Project

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of vocational rehabilitation consulting business through empirical studies and to make policy suggestions for effective management of vocational rehabilitation consulting. For this, preliminary evaluation was conducted from May 1st to 31st, 2016 on five institutions. Consulting took place from June to December. And post evaluation was conducted from December 1st to 31st. Data collected through preliminary and post-evaluation were analyzed by Wilcoxon signed rank test using SPSS 23.0.
In the empirical analysis of the consulting, the results of the project are as follows: vocational evaluation and vocational adjustment training, vocational counseling record in the field of business management, establishment of individual rehabilitation plan 8 items such as the degree of reflection, the protection of the user, the case of the meeting room, the evaluation of the job, the appropriateness of the job development and placement, the business development and management, and the development and management of the raw material were significantly improved at the significance level 0.1(p＜0.1).
Based on the results of this analysis, policy suggestions for revitalizing vocational rehabilitation consulting were suggested.
